I think that was kind of the point, 'Chinese dentist' doesn't really match up to anything. They were just taking to an extreme, the stupid stuff they substitute for curse words. Just my opinion.

There's an old joke about the chinese dentist. Something about having an appointment with a chinese dentist at two-thirty. Like a chinese dentist would say, "Tooth hurty, tooth hurty !" like your tooth hurts. I forget the whole joke though.
