Mirror Mirror will be released on DVD in 2009

I recently sent an e-mail to Michelle von Keisenberg at Gibson Group. This is the e-mail:

Happy New Year Thor,

Thanks for your message . . . things have been progressing well regarding the release of Mirror Mirror on DVD and I'm pleased to let you know that we expect it to be released in 2009 . . . I'm sorry that I can't be specific on dates just yet but I will certainly be in touch once things are sorted!

I hope this time it does go through, Gibson group has the tendency to tell something and do something else. Well let's see if it does get a release that would be great :D

I have been e-mailing Michelle at Gibson Group for a few years now and she has always said that they were considering it but now finally she said this so I am very possitive that it will come threw.

It's been released on DVD, only yesterday though. I bought it yesterday and am watching it right now :) If your local video store allows you to order movies in to buy, go and order it. It's still really good.

The only thing is though, I swear there was a second series but with a bigger mirror.

But I do have one question do you know a site where I can order it? I've searched the internet but can't find a single ordering site... really annoying
so if you do know a site let me know ;)

They hope to release Season 2 in the very near future but they are still negotiating the rights from the many distributors.

YES!!! Can't believe its FINALLY come out on dvd!!! - I just received my copy todat - sooooooooooo excited!!! I just LOVED this show!!! - and the book!

Do you have monkeys in Scotland?
~No, but if we did we'd probably deep fry them!

I know that their suppose to be a book somewhere but I can't seem to find any information of it! I really want it haha could you tell me some more about the book? where you got it from ect.

I've never found it to buy - and it was YEARS ago - but when I read the book "Mirror Mirror" - by Hilary Bell I found it at my school library. This was probably a good 10 years ago. I have a copy of the second series book - the ones with Constance, Fergus etc, but never found a copy of the first series book to buy. Would love to find it one day! *sigh*

Oh - and just have to say - i've managed to watch 15 episodes in 2 days - its THAT addictive I HAVE to know what happens next! (seeing its been about 13 yers since i first saw it!) LLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOVVVVVVEEEE this show!!!

HAHA!!! I know it's soooo addictive and also after all these years I still love it!!

Interesting things about the book thnx!! I've never got to manage to come across them... maybe someday....

I hope they release the second series as well :D

Yeah I hope so too - I just found my copy of the 2nd season book - although it didn't end with the scene the tv series finished with (which I for some reason pictured was the final of the 1st series til I saw it! I was sitting there thinking - i though it was supposed to finish in a room with the two walking off together - i had completely forgotten that it ends with them all at school in season 1!)

i have my fingers crossed they'll get mirror mirror book one at ebay one day. I checked my local library, no luck there. :-(
