Get 'LEGEND' on DVD as 65th birthday gift 4 Richard Dean Anderson

Hi Everyone,

Richard Dean Anderson has said on several public occasions and also mentioned on twitter that he would really like it if 'LEGEND' came out on DVD. ( He is not alone with that wish. :) )

His birthday is on January 23, 2015, and although it will take longer than that to get it done, we could make it happen before the end of 2015. I'm sure he would appreciate the thought.

Now I know there was an online petition and Paramount has been contacted via letters, emails and calls before, however it has never been done as a group effort on a really big scale. I'm talking huge.

First of all, please go the website underneath, register and vote for Legend. The studios check it when considering what to release. People voted for 'LEGEND' in past and 955 votes are a good start. 7.000 would be great, though!

We can do this. In the last months we already got the 'unreleased rank' down from 127 to 106.

Secondly, everyone who would like 'LEGEND on DVD' and wants to give RDA a great gift please send an email to Paramount. Even better send an email once per week until you receive a real answer (non-automatic) from them.

It's not to annoy the people at Paramount Studio but to make sure it really registers on their radar that fans would like to have the series on DVD.

I mentioned in my email that it would be great if Paramount would release a special 'LEGEND/MACGYVER' edition on DVD. Legend the show, including any special footage they might have on both shows. Just like those special editions with three different movies of Harrison Ford in one set.

I also reminded them that 'LEGEND' premiered on April 18, 1995, so it could be a special 20th anniversary edition.

We have to convince them there are enough former viewers/now costumers that would gladly buy the DVD set.

Thirdly get families, friends and whoever is interested to vote and email.

And we shouldn't stop at emails but tweet, facebook, or post on any other social media and send postcards.
