What is the episode where the female character (sorry, i don't know any names) is demonstrating how to use one of the balls in the gym and then it pops on her and she starts screaming?

I'm not quite sure, it's been a while since I watched the show. I wish it would come on BET or something as a re-run. I only have 2 episoes of In The House that have recorded on VHS from back when it came on. Sorry I wasn't able to help you out.
