Why did Tiffany leave?

The last season was really dull without her and I didn't really like it when it was just LL Cool J and that guy from fresh prince. I got over Debbie Allen leaving the show but when Kim Wayans and then Tiffany left it got boring. And I also didn't see the purpose of keeping Tiffany's friends around with out her.

Well Kim was hosting WNBC I believe. Tiffany, she was fired because she was doing drugs. That's why after the 1st episode she was gone.

I didn't realise Maia's drug problems started at that point. I was always under the impression her problems began around 2003/04.
