Song playing at the beginning of 'The Cruise Part I' by Bone Thugs

I can't make out any of the words that are being said in the song, nor enough of the tune to search it up. It's where Alfonso Ribeiro's character, Dr. Maxwell Stanton, is asked to dance the tango by Mercedes. He says: "to Bone Thugs? Should be interesting."

That's all I have to go on for the song. I don't know if it is by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, or if it just features some of the members, but if someone could please tell me the name of the song or how to find out about it, I will be grateful. Many thanks.
