I wonder why this show aired for such a short time. It was funny as hell and very original.

BTW, am I the only one who thought Yelba Osorio was delicious?

Yep, great show! I liked the Critics from the Hood skits:

(Panning 'Star Trek Generations[1994])
-Man, Captain Kirk's so fat, he has stretchmarks on his uniform!
-He's not fat! He's just bloated!
-No, Riker is bloated! Captain Kirk is fat!
-Kirk's is dead! [Crying] Call...Bones!

(Panning 'The Brady Bunch Movie')
-Do you think that Greg ever sexed up Marsha?
-That's ill, man! They're brother and sister!
-They're not brother and sister biologically! They're not going to have
mutant children!
-Do you think Greg sexed up Alice?
-Yeah!

Yelba Osoria was frickin' FINE. Especially in the skit about the Sperm Donor in her business suit! YEAH!

John Leguizamo deserves mounds of credit, this stuff is literally revolutionary because I bet if you put it on FOX again, it would be beyond popular. I think he was one of the first who tried to bring latino comedy to mainstream american television (of course there was culture clash too). Even though I think George Lopez is funny, it would probably make his show look like seasame street.

There was a skit where John Leguizamo plays Superman. After Lex Luthor shoots him with a Kryptonite bullet, he goes into a hospital for medical attention. However, Superman is an "illegal immigrant"(this took place when Proposition 187 was passed and illegal aliens were denied state services), he's denied medical attention.

)Clark Kent? You're not fooling me, Mr. Superman!

LMAO I don't remember that skit but that does sound like something that would be on HoB. I wish they would put out the dvds.

I've had this birthmark since I was born.
