I remember him throwing a ninja star to the side and accidentally killing a random guy. Am I right about that? If so, holy crap. That joke went a tad too far for Get Smart.

I thought it was the would be assassin? That was a common theme on GS, an assassin would try to kill him & he would accidentally kill them without even knowing it.

GS Saving the world again. Well, would you believe half the world? Three quarters? 1 out of 3 isn't bad. Look I'm sorry about the big dumb ugly face thing.

There was an episode in the original Get Smart where Max kills three CONTROL agents who were protecting him because he thought they were KAOS assassins. He tells the Chief that he has good news: "One of them has a 50-50 chance of surviving".

In another episode, a CONTROL agent needs to take Max's car. Max warns him to watch out for the booby trapped this and the booby trapped that, etc. The agent starts the car and it explodes. "I forgot to warn him about the booby trapped engine".
