Did they cut an episode out?

When Miaka and the Suzaku Seven are looking for the Shinzahou (is that how you spell it?) apparently they pass through this land or village where it is run by girls. And if guys pass through it, the girls have options of what to do with them: 1) Kill them straightaway and hang their bodies up as a warning to other guys 2)Something about cutting the guys's eyes out and use their "down belows" so these girls can reproduce and 3) Something about the guys's body and alcohol
Sorry options two and three are a bit vague but I read it from a site a while ago and can't remember what it is -_-;
Anyway, so the warriors have to dress up as girls (Hotohori and Nuriko shouldn't have any problems then! ^_^) and apparently they get found out cos Mitsukake (imagine him dressed up as a girl! Lol -_-;) is the "less" feminine out of them all. And then the site doesn't say what happened next.
Erm... gomen for drifting off a bit, I guess my question is did they cut an episode out? And why? When I read it on the site, it didn't sound that gory!

actually, it wasn't cut out. this appears in the first OAV (i think), the black Oni box, as an "oekaki" feature.

**SPOILERS: READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!!**

the village of the women do NOT kill any of the guys, though Mitsukake IS *THE* man-liest of the men... He cannot change his appearance and (this is the funny part) his appearance in women's clothes is so HORRIBLE that his face is CENSORED!! lol!! you can see his clothes, but not his face!
anyway... the women don't kill Mitsukake or use him as a breeding stud... the oekaki is only about 2-4 "episodes" long. but it is SO worth watching because it's so funny!! and yes, Hotohori, Nuriko, and Nakago (!!) have absolutely NO trouble at all dressing up as women. That goes for Chichiri (you HAVE to see his part... ^^U) and Chiriko as well.

Um, I believe Limewire has them. However they're also on YouTube so you can watch them but you can't download them (watch, then decide if you like them and if you want to download them).

you can watch the entire series on You Tube just type "Fushigi Yuugi Ep 1" and when your done watching the episode then type Ep 2 and so forth. I fell in love with the series so I bought a box set for $30 that include the "suzaku" box,"seriyu" box the Oni/Eikoden. I thought Eikoden stunk a bit but it was nice trying to strech the series out as far as they could go.

Eikoden is a novel concept (oooh, bad pun there, I am so sorry . . . ). Someone else is sucked into the book and has an adventure, but in my opinion, Mayo was a little much to handle. Of course it was kind of funny seeing how much Tasuki's grown up, since now that he's 29 (or 27 at the youngest) he's matured in some ways but in others he's still like he was at 17. And the ponytail . . . that's pretty amusing.

Well, kinda, but kinda not at the same time. They added that scene at the end of the ova episodes but it wasnt gory or anything...it was "Women only hot spring resort" thing. It's really funny, but the only thing that's the same as in the manga about that scene is that they have to look like women. ^_^.

To be more specific, the women were going to gouge out Mitsukake's eyes, and use him as breeding stock. :)

The three options were actually just two.
1) Kill the man, and use him as a warning (as you said)
2) Gouge out the man eyes, and lock him up, to be used as a breeding stock.

The third was that they made their alcohol with the eyes from the men they attacked.
