I have recently started watching Flipper on 7Two and now I'm hooked!

Since watching, I have noticed a few changes, for example, the cast seems to have altered slightly with some people having left and new characters coming in.

I've noticed some inconsistencies with the IMDb page and the cast though. I'm not sure if I've missed something but I think some of the cast may have been listed incorrectly. For example, apparently Whip Hubley who plays Tom Hampton was only in 3 episodes between 1996-2000 and I have seen more than 3 episodes in the last few weeks and he was in all of them. Also, Anja Coleby who plays Holly Myers (3 episodes, 1996-2000). I know it isn't life changing but it annoys me!

As mentioned above, the cast seems to have changed recently, for example, Scott Michaelson is no longer in the show. The other day, 'Tom' and 'Cap' were talking and it was mentioned that 'Maya' played by Jessica Alba and 'Dr. Jennifer Daulton' played by Elizabeth Morehead were somewhere conducting research and couldn't attend Tom's wedding.

I missed one episode and all of a sudden Tom was marrying this blonde Navy/research lady called Alexandra and Jennifer was gone!

I can't see a character listed as Tom's wife (Alexandra), or the two kids that play her children (Jackie and Sam (?? - can't remember the boys name at the moment).

I'm just slightly confused and wonder if there is anyway of updating these details so I can see who the kids were played by.

Another interesting detail is that Adele Schober who plays Dana Fletcher (2 episodes, 1998) was in the episode I saw today, with what I would call the 'new' cast, so in what I would call a 'newer' episode.

Sorry if I've confused anyone, and let me know if you have noticed the same short of issues.

I can't explain why I love the show, I just do! I think it's because it is circa that whole Beverley Hills, 90210/Melrose Place era. Love it! : )

First of all, the IMDB episode list is indeed incorrect. The episodes are in the wrong order and some aren't numbered.

And yes, it is kind of weird how things changed between each of the first three seasons. It seems as if there was a reboot before the second season, then again before the third. The only two seasons that have that exactly the same cast are the third and fourth.

Anja Coleby was, I think, the only cast member to be in all four seasons (though she was a minor character in the first season), and I can promise you she's in more than just 3 episodes.
