I really like the show and was watching it again recently. It looks like it was animated on a 486 PC, in a good way. It made me wonder what the actual process was or what they used to animate it back in 1995. Google didn't find anything. Anyone know?

It says they used Avid. I'm guessing they just took simple drawings, put up in the computer and timed em (based on the audio track), and then "squiggled" em. Look up how they did Home Movies animation, I'm sure it's the same process.
