I ended up loving this series

The first episode of season 4 shocked me...so radically different from the previous 3 seasons; however, the 2nd episode of 4th season redeemed not only the 4th season but provided an incredible ending for this series. Nurse Carr at the wedding...great touch! Eleanor finally found happiness.
