Shorter seasons

Does it annoy anybody else that Baantjer's seasons are getting shorter and shorter? It started with 13 episodes per season, then 10, then 9 and the 10th season only had 8! That's coming close to half as much! It looks like the 11th season will have 8 again (half of which will not be aired until early 2006). If all seasons had 13 episodes, the series would have had 130 episodes by the end of the 10th season, instead of 109. That's 21 episodes more than we have now, enough for nearly 2 more seasons!

Help! I lost some weight and I can't find it anymore!
