Why has there been so many episodes produced for Season 11 (the reboot) thus far?

Not that I'm necessarily complaining, but checking on Wikipedia, I've noticed that there have been 34 episodes broadcast in Season 11:

Before this the most episodes that All That produced in a season where discounting compilation "specials" were 21 in Seasons 1 and 4. Is All That just a fast, simplistic, and relatively inexpensive show for Nickelodeon to produce?
