Did Dan Schneider have too much creative control in Seasons 7-10 (i.e. the first relaunch)?

I don't know for sure how much control that Schneider had when compared to say Brian Robbins and Mike Tollin in Seasons 1-6. I know that Schneider was promoted to co-executive producer come Season 4. I also know that in Season 10, All That was produced exclusively by Schneider's Bakery and not Tollin/Robbins Productions as it was leading up to that point.

I'm not going to go into all of the rumors about Schneider allegedly acting inappropriately with his young female stars, because we'll be here all day. My point is that I wonder if Schneider likely having so much control in Seasons 7-10 is in part why many fans argue that the quality of All That started to become decidedly shaky.

Let's be honest, Dan Schneider's brand of humor is somewhat of an acquired taste. He pretty much has a very bizarre but adult and dark sense of humor. Also, it seems like most of the time, Schneider's shows often think that "loud is funny" or have a rather mean-spirited edge to them.
