Does Anyone Know the Ms. Boobell skit?

Does anyone know of the skit with Ms. Boobell? My younger brother recited it for me, and I've been looking for it since then. It takes place in a classroom setting. A serial killer who has escaped from jail sneaks into the classroom through an open window.

Ms. Boobell: Did you hear about the serial killer who broke out of jail?

Serial Killer: yeah.

Ms. Boobell: well don't let him in.

Student: ms. Boobell he is the serial killer.

Ms. Boobell: Nonsense. He is our new student. Hello. I'm Ms. Boobell.

Serial killer: what's up Boobell?

Ms. Boobell: now settle down everyone. We are going to have a pop quiz. Today we will talk about the Milky Way. Here is the chocolate covering and here is the nougat center.

Serial killer: can you get these handcuffs off of me?

Ms. Boobell: oh yes and what lovely bracelets they are.
