Is this Ang Lee's Best Film?

I've enjoyed all of the Ang Lee films that I've seen - although I've only seen five of his directorial efforts:

Eat Drink...
Wedding Banquet
Sense and Sensibility
Crouching Tiger...
Brokeback Mountain

There's a certain charm to this film that's only partially matched by The Wedding Banquet. I know this is a fairly superficial question, but is this also your favorite Ang Lee film? If not, what is?

For me just the Eat and WB. I love foodie films.

But I hate stereotypical crap like that joke of a film Joy Luck Club. Im a 20+ year old German born and raised now an American female ;). I live in California and I have many Japanese and Chinese American friends and even they hate that film. Hollywood does the same for us Germans as well.

Hence why I mainly watch foreign films Hollywood is just too stereotypical and racist at times. But mainly Hollywood or American films are just way too cookie cutter in the way they make or write films they all have that clone feeling be it action , romance or comedy. My point is nothing is original they just keep on chucking out the same old crap over and over.

Nichole was here.

Life of Pi is Ang Lee's best film.

Other than visually, I don't rate "Pi" too highly.

Just watched this film and loved it, The Ice Storm, Sense and Sensibility and Ride with the Devil are the only Ang Lee films I haven't seen now. Lust, Caution is my favourite Ang Lee film and it is also one of my favourite films of all time. His masterpiece in my opinion.
