DVD and Blu Ray have no dubbed English track

I saw this on a premium channel years ago; it was great, and it was dubbed.

While I like foreign films to have their native tracks available on DVD and Blu Ray, I prefer to watch dubbed films, so I can watch the actors and cinematography rather than watch a line of words at the bottom of the screen.

Releasing this film without the English dub makes it less accessible for many audiences.

On a side note, not having the dubbed track on the Blu Ray is telling the buyer that they do not have the right to choose subbed or dubbed. The track was included on the VHS and Laserdisc, so it is hubris not to include it on the DVD and Blu Ray.
