Interesting

Obviously a play as it's all set in one room with only two characters. Low budget and slow moving but well worth seeing. I liked how it showed the venerability of two desperately lonely people and their past - sad and moving. Her reading of the story that she wrote made the film.
If you like this kind of film you have to check out Rolf de Heer's - "The Silent Room", if you can find it.

Do you mean "The Quiet Room"? de Heer wrote and directed "The Quiet Room" (which I've never seen, nor heard of, until your posting). It's about a child...how is it similar to "What Happened Was....", other than possibly being a quiet film? (I'm going to rent it now and find out!).

i was impressed with the way it was a play...non-stop camera.
