YAM's boss : Booder ?

It's been a time I haven't seen "La Vengeance d'une Blonde" (which is a silly film but funny, I don't understand why it's so much depreciated), but I wondered if the YAM's boss (the anarchist terrorist group in the movie) is not Booder, who is uncredited up here.
