who ordered Kotov's arrest?
the wikipedia article says "As the car drives past the peasant's body, Kotov realizes in horror who has really ordered his arrest. With his Communist ideals shattered, Kotov sobs inconsolably."
Who did he realize ordered his arrest? Joseph Stalin? Is that what the big Stalin poster was about? Or was it just Mitya who got him arrested?
