I myself haven't watched this movie and I do not plan to do it.
I loved Torey Hayden's One Child and I don't want to ruin the experience I had reading it with this mediocre movie.
I suggest you read the book before watching this.

Oddly, i'd recommend it the other way around. This film is actually quite decent if you haven't read the book- i saw the film first and i thought it was great. The book is definitely much better but if you haven't read it, it makes for a good hour and a half watching. That way, you can enjoy both.

The fact that you feel that you are able to render a judgment of "mediocre" to a movie that you admit you have never watched, nor do you plan to watch, makes your assessment completely devoid of any merit.
Also, there is no such word as "teeths." "Teeth" is a plural form by itself.
You might surprise yourself if you actually did watch the film.
