WHAT DA *beep* That was the most screwed up one-liner I have ever heard in my life. And also by the way he says it makes me laugh every time I see it.

LOL..I just finally watched this gem of a movie the other night! I'd still have to say the whole.."Yeah, SEE YA" line from John Miller is still the best in the film!!
