Not as good as the 1st one

This film is not quite as good as the original one but I found it just as disturbing. ONe may never look at someone else's infant in the same innocent manner as before. You will subconsciously wonder if it's not some little demonic creature waiting to wreak havoc if given the chance. The portrayal of young children as murderers is a disturbing subject and not one to inspire any paternal or maternal feelings at all. The monstrous baby of CAtherine Moore in the film reminded me of that evil doll Chuck from another film. Not quite convincing as a real creature but more like an animated doll which is what this monster comes across as. Michele Green pulls off a splendid performance as a lone crusader out to eliminate these monstrous children. It makes you cheer for her every time she kills one of the little bastards. Other than that there isn't much to say for the film except that it's a pale shadow of the original.

Are you in the future vividly remembering this present moment?

This movie really sucks! Unbelievable as far as the baby--his look--goes. I didn't believe for a minute such a baby could do all that biting and tearing of flesh in seconds time. The couple next door were terribly stereotypical. You didn't want to know them (I realize THAT was the point). This is far below a B-grade movie, more like a Z-grade. Almost unwatchable despite the likable Michelle Greene and Brittney Powell.

Disturbing? I had my lollercopter on full spin throughout this entire 'film'. I can't place the name of the actor, but the baby resembled the guy who would always be parodied by, 'Nah, see!' in a sort of high voice (give the freak a cigar). Anyway, it also looked like it broke into a bottle of hair gel and always greased it hair back (seriously, the plastic constantly reflected light like wet hair) and HGH. When it cried it sounded like an old man with a baby fetish. It's nice to see that people are allowed to clean up crime scenes with soap and water the day of a murder as well. This movie also had the greatest delivery on a line ever, 'Or is it Miss!?' (but obviously, this line was delivered by comedian Michael McDonald of MAD tv fame) And let's not forget the Mortal Kombat/Exorcist neck breaker the evil dude pulls.

You're hiding spoilers for the movie with the climactic fistfight between an adult and the freakish baby? All these sorts of movies all have the same sort of physics problems too, where somehow it can apply forward force when it's grappling with someone in the air! I mean come on, it only weighs like 20 kg at most. This movie would be tough to mstie, because it'd be hard as hell to not burst out laughing constantly. This movie didn't need anything, the jokes wrote themselves. It was just so hilarious. But I can easily imagine the second the baby is the villain they would say (probably given to Crow), 'Isn't this about the unborn, it looks sort of... born'.

Well, MST3K isn't continued on, except in my heart and in my quips against the nonstop onslaught of crappy movies. But yes, it's certainly a good thing Rhino keeps coming out with MST3K installments on DVD.

I'm pretty sure that you're thinking of Edward G. Robinson, the same character actor on whom Clancy Wiggum is based. But I thought the baby looked like Robert Z'dar. Check here:

Ooo, baby, your domestic gross is SO BIG. That's how I know how GOOD you are!
