You and Mr. Ebert are entitled to your opinions, however I disagree. If this film was so bad, why did they make Jungle 2 Jungle, which is clearly based on this film?

"Little Indian Big City" is a dubbed film. I don't think critics should review dubbed films, just as they should not review pan-and-scan films. If there's something wrong with the sound, the movie becomes unwatchable. I haven't seen the dubbed version, but one critic (James Berardinelli) said there was "poor synchronization of lip movements with words".

In spite of this, It's IMDB-rated 5.4. That is not consistent with being "one of the worst films of all time".

As of Apr 25, 2014, 53.8% of IMDb voters give Un Indien dans la Ville a score of 6.0 or higher.
