Could she not have survived her limo plunging into the sea? It didn't explode and the roof was open for her to crawl out of?

It appears to smash into a chunk of submerged concrete. She's pretty dead.

I kept wondering as well. After the limo fell from the bridge, I kept wondering whether I would see Juno again for the rest of the movie (and I was hoping that I would).

Apparently not :-(

Unfortunately for those of us who wished her to survive, Juno couldn't have survived the impact. That "oh sh*t" expression on her face would be the last anyone would see of the ravishing villainess.
