Everything else has been mediocre at best. 

A few of the movies he made after True Lies were decent. But yeah, this was really his last great one.

I was about to tell you how wrong you are, but I checked his filmography, and most of his movies after True Lies were significantly worse. The best one was probably Eraser, and I was one of few who really enjoyed Terminator 3.

@hubcap18 ...and I was one of few who really enjoyed Terminator 3.
T3 gets its share of hate, and I'd never call it a great movie - but that crane chase scene is one of the most entertaining vehicle chase scenes I've ever watched.

I grew up in the 90s and I loved Jingle All the Way, watch it every Christmas.

Eraser, End of Days, The Last Stand, Escape Plan and Terminator Genysis (Best sequel after T2) were great tbh.

@predatorxxxxx Forgettable; Satan as the T1000; looks stupid; escaping prison, gee, how original; too many timelines.

I'd rather rewatch True Lies for the umpteenth time than (re)watch any of the above movies. But no, I don't have a problem with you liking them.
