It has to be the one and only good line in this movie because the rest of the script is a camp festival.
Can't believe that the same guy who wrote the fabulous screenplay for 'The Boys from Brazil' also wrote this uber-cheesy and nonsensical flick. Well, he wrote 'Cocktail' too, so perhaps TBfB was merely a happy accident.
What's beautiful about it? Beautiful! Most of us still think the movie is hopeless. You're not gonna change anybody's mind.

There can be a great moment in any movie, and still the rest can be, as you say, hopeless. So if somebody points such a line or scene or song, it doesn't mean that he's praising or defending the whole movie.
