Gay Interest

Sorry, but I can't see why "gay interest" is one of the keywords for this movie.
There's not even a homoerotic subtext. Between Otto and his friend? No... I'd wish that, but it just isn't there. Between Otto and Frank? No... for obvious reasons. And lesbian activities? None!

Could someone please tell me how to interpret this movie in a gay way?
