(at the expense of all the other characters.)
Its following the story from the beginning. Its only season 1 and its the best game adaptation of SF ever. They are planning to do a season two, the World Warrior, which will introduce additional characters. But they had to start somewhere and they decided to start with Alpha. A lot of us paid money to watch this SF crap with Van Damme and someone finally made a legit SF movie and for us to see it for free! We should all watch it to make sure they get the proper notoriety. Plus the more people who watch it, the better the chance to get a season 2.
SF Assassins Fist will also be on TV later this year and be released to the US via DVD and Blu Ray in October. They already have the soundtrack out, Ken and Ryus theme music is awesome!
But enough fan boy stuff, I just wanted to say that to give it a chance, its only the beginning and even though it was mainly talking about Ken, Ryu Gouken and how Akuma came about, it was simply following Alpha and will get everything else in the upcoming seasons.

Funimation has acquired the home video distribution rights and will release the webseries on DVD and Blu-ray under their Giant Ape label.[9] In addition, Madman Entertainment and Manga Entertainment will also release the series in Australia and the UK, respectively.
Ansah has stated to several online media publications, such as Gamereactor, that if the show is successful, he would like to adapt the World Warrior story from Street Fighter II: The World Warrior for the sequel and feature both Chun-Li and Guile. He has publicly discussed possibly casting Scott Adkins as Guile.
