"Legend of Chun-Li" was far worse. SF94 at least had most of the characters look like how they should, had more of the characters from the game, followed the plot of the games more closely, the characters being ethnically accurate (except for Sagat and Bison), and had Raul Julia and the comedy (both intentional and unintentional) keeping it from being boring. This movie may have been bad, but it was funny-bad.

I agree. This movie was a lot more colorful and fun. It did not take it self seriously and only those who watched it with a serious mind-set were the ones who were disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed SF94!
In comparison, LOCL was horrible! It didn't remind me of the game at all. It was trying to be too serious, like Nolan's Batman movies and as a result it failed miserably. Kristen Kreuwk as a ruthless marital artist? Seriously???
