What I would have done differently...

The opening scene.....
The funeral of Chun Li's father. Chun li is crying on the shoulder of Guile who is consoling her

The Story line.....
cuts to reporters trying to ask him questions about the death. Guile insults Bison and Bison responds back saying he has the hostage.

Meanwhile....Chun Li has a scholarship to go study abroad in Spain. Guile is worried b/c he is a family friend and he is sure the Shadaloo (Bison) is behind the death of her father. She goes anyways, but Guile sends two guys (Ryu and Ken) as spys and to keep an eye on Chun Li.

In Spain, have one of the shadoloo members try to attack her in the street. she does not know who the guy is....there is AN ACTUAL STREET FIGHT. (Chun Li vs. Whoever).

Ryu and Ken come in the picture and start to fight alongside Chun Li. (Chun li, Ryu, and Ken vs. Whoever). They fend the guy off. Ryu and Ken introduce themselves to Chun Li, and the three become great friends. Ryu and Ken are in Spain for The World Martial Arts tournament.

The three explore Spain together and decide to go to a bullfight. In the arena, the bullfighter, Vega begins his performance. Everyone in the stands are going crazy including the women who find him quite attractive. When Vega is done, he takes a bow and looks around the arena. He looks at disgust by a very ugly woman in the stands, but soon enough his attention lands on Chun Li who is sitting in the middle of Ryu and Ken.

They lock eyes. Vega is astonished by the beauty of Chun Li. Meanwhile Chun Li, Ryu, and Ken are trying to figure out why he is looking at her. Chun Li is a bit creeped out.

After the bullfight, Ryu and Ken invite Chun Li to come watch their first match in the World Martial Arts tournament.

Meanwhile back in the U.S.....Guile and his team are trying to trace Bison's whereabouts to rescue the hostages. While he and Cammy are in the office, a man knocks Guile. He and Cammy get into a fight (Cammy vs. Mysterious man).

the mysterious man kicks Cammy into stomach and she lands onto the table, he takes a knife and is about to use it, but Guile punches him (Guile vs. Mysterious man). They fight, but Guile wins. Cammy opens up the man's shirt to find out he works for the Shadaloo.

Man comes in and tells Guile that they should cancel the whole rescue mission b/c it would be suicide....Guile does his famous speech in which the troops side with him. The rescue mission is still underway.

That night Guile bust up and illegal cage fighting and arrests everyone there including Sagat (Vega, Ryu, and Ken are not in this scene, they are in Spain).

In the prison, a fight breaks out. The prisoners (many of shadaloo members) escape and take a truck, Guile runs after them, but is shot down by Sagat. Cammy runs to his side. Guile "dies." His news of his "death" is all over the media.

Cammy and Guile along with other troop members are in hiding still planning their rescue mission. This is exactly what they want the world and Bison to think....that Guile is dead.

Meanwhile, news reaches Chun Li that Guile is "dead." She begins to cry. She phones Ryu and Ken to come and comfort her. They come and stay with her, until she falls alseep.

The next day....
Chun Li comes to watch the matches at the World Martial Arts Tournament

(Ryu vs. Whoever and Ken vs. Whoever)

Both win their matches and will continue with the tournament.

Afterwards, they are in the open air market where they encoutner Vega. Ryu gets protective, but Chun li tells him to stop. Vega is flirting with her and invites her to have dinner with him that night. Chun Li accepts.

Ryu and Ken get overprotective again and tell her that they do not trust Vega one bit. Chun Li gets angry and tells them to mind their own business.

Chun Li goes on her date with Vega. Vega is so enchanted with her. Ryu and Ken keep a close eye on her to make sure nothing happens.

After her date, Chun li falls asleep. A mask man enters her room and comes close to her bed, and moves her hair away from her face. He removes his mask revealing him to be Vega. He puts his mask back on, Chun Li awakens sees him and starts to scream. He dashes out the window as Ryu and Ken barge through the door.
they ask her what is going on and she said she saw a mask man. They dont believe her. they think she is just so tired and that she needs rest.

Meanwhile back in the U.S.
Cammy is trying to help Guile find the whereabouts of Bison. Some members of the shadaloo come and they begin to fight. (Guile, Cammy, some troops vs. shadaloo members. In the middle of the fight, Cammy gets kidnapped and taken to Bison. Bison reprograms her to aid Vega, kill Ryu and Ken, and bring Chun Li to him.

Guile blames himself and promises to find Cammy and the other hostages alive. Lucky for Guile, he was disguised during the fight so none of the Shadaloo warriors can report back to Bison that Guile is indeed alive.

Cammy is sent to Spain. While Chun Li is in science class, her class is interrupted by the appearance of Cammy. Thinking that Cammy is there to help her, Chun li approaches to give her a hug, but Cammy kicks her in the face.
they begin to fight (Cammy vs. Chun Li)

Chun Li manages to escape and run into Ryu and Ken. She tells them what happened. They suggest that she stay with her at her place. Chun Li is exhausted and lies down to sleep. The Mask man (Vega) and demands that she come with him the easy way or do it the hard way.

Chun Li fights against him (Vega vs. Chun Li). Ryu hears the commotion upstairs and runs to investigate. He defends Chun Li. (Vega vs. Ryu). Ryu gets seriously injured and Chun Li tries to escape, but Vega grabs her and throws her over his shoulder and dashes out the window.

Ken comes into the scene when it is too late to find an almost unconscious Ryu. He helps his friend and takes him to the hospital...
