Why is this movie bad again?

It's watchable as a campy B flick, I don't really feel the need to compare it to the games because it knew exactly what it wanted to be.

When it comes to mainstream bad, this movie gets mentioned alot. But there are a bazillion worse movies out there that make this look like s cinematic masterpeice.

But it really only comes down to some of the acting and disappointed expectations of fans who wanted it to be more based on the game than what they changed it up to.

Overall, it has a story, a beginning, a middle and an end. It's filmed well, edited together fine, the sound is clear, the music is decent etc... so its far from a movie that is a prime example of how not to make a film. Plus, when you have so many characters involved, it's hard to come up with something that involves them all. So give a little credit that someone at least tried, and didnt do the worse job possible just to sell toys out of it or something?
