Yes it is that bad. I rated 4/10 with two points going to Raul Julia as Bison who was hilarious and other for Chun Li because the actress was quite fit. They're about the only plus points I this cheesily awful movie.

shareIts fun movie,but it would have been a great movie if Nic Cage played Guile. Love Van Damme's movies,but come on Guile is the most All American Street Fighter character around and Nic Cage would have been the right man for the job
