What word are they yelling?

There's a word that Joe and Hubbs scream a few times throughout the movie. It's the noise that they greet the "Guzzlers" with in Muldoon's backyard. According to the subtitles on the DVD, the word they are yelling is "Orrrrg!" According to Wikipedia, they are yelling "Hork!" And my friend who introduced me to this movie 10 years ago thinks that they are yelling "Orange!", as in "Orange County." Does anyone know for sure which it is? Honestly, I just assumed it was "Orrrg!" like the subtitles say.
