It's 2019. 25 years later and Travern is a recluse, traumatised by failing to save the fat bus driver and Helen from the bus that didn't blow up, as well as Harry.

Obsessed with bombs, Payne's estranged son seeks revenge for the events that ended his father's life, so plants a series of bombs on fast vehicles around the city. Travern is called back from retirement with some other sexy hot shot to thwart Payne's son and win back Annie who is a lecturer in stress management at the University of Arizona.
