In which of the two was he more evil?

Well for starters the character Howard Payne wasn’t in Waterworld, he was in Speed. I think you mean Dennis Hopper!

Don’t worry about it George, it’s just me being silly 🤣. I reckon he was more evil in Speed, he was more comedic in Waterworld.

I agree. And who do you think was more evil? Howard Payne or Ivan Korshunov from Air Force One?
