Not offended, just bored.

I find whenever I talk to people about this movie or films like HAPPINESS or SAVAGE GRACE, I'm always told I'm being too close minded or stupid or something when I say I didn't like them very much. This isn't the case. I am not offended by these movies, simply because I watch all films with a completely open mind: what happens on screen simply happens, and I cannot scrutinize it, as it is the story. The problem is that this movie (and others) are BORING. This movie has no atmosphere and feels stale throughout. Bored out of mind.
