Laughably bad- almost cult classic

Oh dear, where to start... I have rarely seen a movie that truly approaches the level of parody with no such intent.

1.The 6 year old kid scares the hell out of a gorwn man, when they're both alone.
2.He has a computer thathas access to FBI files and can answer all questions (yes, actualy questions over the phone)
3.It even has a sense of humour and comes up with jokes (appaling ones of course)
4.The baddie couldnt loom more cartoonish. And he steals giraffes
5.The aforementioned annoying kid is the directror's son :)

Worth a watch if youre under the influence, at least tune in for the last 20 minutes of silliness (the first 70 are: killer on the loose, detective and annoying kid trailing)

I don't know why you all think this movie is so bad. I think it was really good. But then again I've always liked movies that are stupid from time to time and to be honest I only saw it in the first place because of Kevin Sorbo. In the end I guess it was a good thing that I only paid $2.00 for it at a used video store on VHS. Still it wasn't that bad but I wouldn't have been too happy if I'd paid the any of the prices that it goes from on Ebay.

I enjoyed this film too, in part because of how ridiculous it was to have this young kid making more progress in the case than any of the FBI agents. The whole film was hilarious, especially Jesse pointing things out that the adults were clueless about and all his wee gadgets that you probably couldn't get hold of now let alone in 1993.

I'm watching this right now on my notebook. It's actually pretty good. I was lucky enought to get the DVD, which is now out of print, for like $3 at BigLots! today, brand new.

I enjoyed it, but I think it would have made more sense if the little kid were some sort of psychic, which could justify dad seeking his help to a certain degree. The ending confused me- suddenly they're in a cemetary? Really? After all that. Um- ok. There were decent effects though and the Noah's Ark idea was original. The killer man was hella creepy too. :)

Great looking movie, but all the problems come from it being no more than a loveletter to directors' son. James Glickenhaus is a master of action setpieces, and unconventional verbal exchanges, but that's about it.

I watched it at the age of 12, when it came out; sucked so much that I still remember... 23 years later.
