Question about music at the end of this film(slight spoiler)

I am a major movie music buff, and I have even recorded the end of this film for the music, and i'd like to know who composed the piece at the end where Billie is talking about Jim, they are meeting on the beach for Jim to have visitation with their daughter..again i do have the clip to this if it would help someone to hear it to give me an idea, or point me in a direction. I will check back here from time to time to see if anyone knows, any help would be well appreciated.
