Torrents work OK for me. Make sure the number of seeds is greater than zero, although if you're desperate, wait a week or two and maybe a seeder will appear. Or maybe 99% is good enough, and you can watch most of movie with just a few minor dropouts. Use a good client like uTorrent. Use a reliable search site like thepiratebay or seedpeer (although seedpeer often includes torrents with private trackers). (With private trackers, you usually need to register, and they aren't always open to new members.)
