I mean, seriously, Richard Sharpe's kill count in the books must be well into the thousands.
Really, if anyone has this information or has gone through every book and counted the number of lives lost to the remorseless killing machine that is Sharpe, post it, please.
I have been meaning to re-read the books again and as soon as I get round to it I will keep a body count an let you know as it progresses

Don't know about the books but up to and including Sharpe's Challenge I made it 93 confirmed personal kills in the TV series.(Only two occur in Sharpe's Enemy, during the battle with the deserters.The highest in a single episode was ten in Sharpe's Battle.)
