Just saw the new Sherlock Holmes, which I must say is absolutely fabulous.
The main villian in the story is played by Mark Strong. He is frightening, deadly, and plays the part with chilling but charismatic gravity.
He also has a prominent nose.
What do you think, would he make a good Shadow?

The Shadow was originally a book series and a radio series. I recommend looking them up. Sam Raimi is doing a new movie based on the book series.

Anthony Tollin has had the license to reprint the pulp stories from The Shadow Magazine for a few years now.

Bravo sir, BRAVO! I've been watching Mark Strong in several villainous roles like Sherlock Holmes, Kick-Ass, Robin Hood, etc., and to have him playing The Shadow, a hero with villainous qualities, is a wonderful kind of meta casting!
