Chip's Teacher

I just finished watching the movie. The scene where Rosemary comes to Beverley's house and tells her and everyone else that Chip's teacher was murdered. They watch the news and the reporter talks about the incident and mentions that Mr. Stubbins was 38 years old. My god when I took a look at him, he looked much older like in his 50's =/
