Why didn't she kill

Why didn't she kill Dottie and Rosemary? She hated Dottie, but only harassed her and Rosemary was a witness and she didn't recycle. Not to mention that her and the garbage men all agreed that she should die. Very sloppy.

I know, right? It would've been amazing if she did!

I think she kept them alive to make herself look good in case there was someone or something tedious about them that she needed to blame in case she was caught.

It seemed to me like Beverly was about to kill Rosemary after she talked with the garbagemen. You know how they remarked that somebody "ought to kill her" and "recycle her." Bev replies, "for the sake of this planet, somebody just might." Then she creeps around over to Rosie's house, only to find she's got Dottie over. I think if Rosemary had been alone, she would've done it.

That was the whole reason she was lurking over at Rosemary's house in the first place. But then the women spot her and invite her in. Unfortunately, Beverly makes no attempt at subterfuge by revealing herself to Dottie as her elusive crank caller.

She stole Beverly's parking space. Muy grande no-no.

Of course they didn't, but that was Waters' point in making the movie in the first place - imagining someone so crazy they'd kill and terrorize people over the stupidest things.
