What was Barry Manilow's thoughts .....

..... on his song "Daybreak" being used for this movie? I can only imagine, after being told his song is being used for Serial Mom, that he was invited to the premiere of it. I wonder what his reaction was to not only the movie, but knowing that viewers of this movie would associate "Daybreak" with Kathleen Turner brutally murdering people in a wicked variety of ways.

Lol I gotta admit whenever I hear this song I think of Beverly in her car while the cop is chasing her.

He approved of it before the film was made, and he knew exactly what the film was going to be about. According to Waters, Manilow thought it was hilarious.

That's awesome. Barry Manilow sounds like a great sport.

I was on speed when Daybreak came out and if I was having a good high, it was one of the best records ever made.

Now - I don't know if I can hear it the same way again.
