Doesn't Julie Warner look like (sp)Janeanne Garofolo
When she appeared in her first scene, I thought I'd missed Garoffolo's name in the opening credits. They could be cast as sisters in some role!

Ehh. Basically, in the book, the Mary character is also an agent, not just a 'scientist'. But she's also a very hot agent (hotter than Julie Warner is in the movie), and she knows the effect she usually has on men. And let's be honest. Pretty much 100% of heterosexual men would be at least somewhat influenced by a deliberate display of cleavage or whatever. I don't see that this is a ridiculous scene.
shareAt least, that's my opinion. I'm a Janeane fan, and I see no resemblance between the two~not hair, features, voice or anything else. Actually, she's a tad bland, but that worked because her character is not set up as a femme fatale at first. She looks like a wholesome, girl-next-door type. Actually, the doesn't remind me of any other actress, and I can't say she's particularly memorable.

Other than height, I didn't see much resemblance. Besides, Julie is way cuter.
