Reminds me of a more "real" version of Chop Top from the second movie - if that makes sense. Vilmer is probably my favorite psycho of the series.

I loved Chop Top -- Bill Moseley is just hilarious and has a certain charisma. McConaughey's performance was one of the really fun parts of this movie.
