Can anyone tell me what is the title of the film made by Catherine Zeta-Jones not the `Return of the Native` but very similar, "A mermaid comes from the sea and mixed with the people as a normal woman, fell in love but was restless and wanted to return to the sea, and eventually did after finding her skin" Please, please can anyone tell me about this film and if there is a DVD.

shareI don't know if you ever found out the name of the film but it so happens that I was looking up information on the Return of the Native because is is now on Hallmark and it so happens the film you were asking about comes on Monday Starring Scott Glenn. The name of the movie is The Seventh Stream Starring Scott Glenn and Saffron Burrows. An Irish fisherman mourning his dead wife falls in love with a woman who turns out to be a silkie, a supernatural being who is a woman on land and a seal in the ocean. Hope this helps.
