Comedy Central Version: DO NOT SEE

Let me start by saying that this movie is one of my favorite comedies of all time, probably one of my favorite movies of all time, but do not see the Comedy Central Edited version if you, like me, appreciate the profanity in the jokes (because it sounds funnier when people say things with swear words).

The comedy central version had alternate versions of almost all the scenes with the f-word and s-word saying things like "friggin" and "forget". Some of my favorite lines were tweaked and it pissed me off.

EXAMPLE

ORIGINAL
GUS: Jesus Christ! Who are you f___in' people?!
LLOYD: Lloyd and Caroline Chasseur. What's your name?
GUS: ...F___ you, that's my name.

GUS: Jesus Christ! Who are you friggin people?!
LLOYD: Lloyd and Caroline Chasseur. What's your name?
GUS: Forget you, that's my name.

See what I mean? Pretty dumb, huh? Okay, here's another example.

I think you get it now. I'm not trying to be a whiny baby about something as small as swearing, but I don't think I'm the only one who agrees that the swearing is what made this movie funny.
Now, if that wasn't bad enough, Comedy Central cut out a lot of scenes for time. Not just bad scenes (Jesse in his photo lab, etc.) but scenes that were perfectly good and cut out for no reason at all. Like when Caroline tells Gus about the restaurant and when the cops are watching "It's a Wonderful Life".
But what really pissed me off is the last scene they cut out: the final scene on the boat when Gus yells at Murray. I'm not kidding. It stopped at "Gus? When are we gonna open presents?" and that's it. I actually screamed at my TV. "NO! THAT'S THE BEST SCENE!!!" I rewinded it and sure enough, the credits came up as soon as the presents line was said. Denis Leary's yelling speech was gone.

Did anybody else see this trashy-edited version and get as mad as I did?
